About: On our final, full-length episode of the 2019 Fringe Festival we speak to Dr. John Cambridge of Much To Do, Much To Fix who explains why his entire set – including the sound system – was made out of 100% recycled materials. After which we get an exclusive interview with restaurateur Peter Woolsey of Bistrot La Minette, La Peg at Fringe Arts, and the upcoming restaurant Gabi. Peter reflects on his early days as a chef in the Philadelphia restaurant scene, explains why the La Peg at Fringe Arts is such an unique business model, what we can expect of his new place Gabi, and the backstory behind how #FEASTIVAL became the premier fundraiser for Fringe Arts.
