In this Podcast I talk of the Four Truths that the Monks are teaching us Walking 2300 miles in Peace. I was talking to my guides this morning and was thinking of the 4 noble truths. I said what is the 4 main things we are learning from the Monks walking for peace 2300 miles that we are learning as a collective and in the new age of Aquarius. I wrote this.

1. Peace Is a Practice, Not a Personality

They are not peaceful because life is calm.

They are peaceful because they keep choosing presence while their feet hurt, the weather turns, and no one applauds.

The New Age Aquarian lesson:

Peace is no longer a belief system or a social identity. It is a daily nervous-system discipline.

In this New Age of Aquarian Lesson,

regulation is spiritual mastery. If you cannot walk with discomfort and stay open-hearted, information alone will not save you.

2. Coherence Is Stronger Than Force

A single synchronized heart, step after step, reshapes the field more than shouting, convincing, or arguing ever could. They don’t push peace.

They entrain it.

New Age of Aquarian lesson:

The future belongs to those who can hold inner alignment while surrounded by chaos.

Coherence becomes the new currency of leadership. You don’t change the world by being louder.

You change it by becoming stable enough that others entrain to you without effort.

3. Love Is No Longer Private — It Must Be Public and VisibleThey walk it.

On highways.

In exhaustion.

With a dog named Aloka.

Through places that don’t ask for them. This is love without romance, without reward, without spiritual bypass.

New Age of Aquarian lesson:

In this age, love must leave the meditation cushion and enter the body, the street, the schedule, the ache.

If love costs nothing, it transmits nothing.

4. We Heal the World by Slowing Down Enough to Feel It

2,300 miles on foot is a refusal of speed, productivity, and numbing.Every step says: I am willing to feel the weight of the world without becoming bitter.

The New Aquarian lesson:

Humanity doesn’t need more technology first.

It needs re-sensitized hearts that can tolerate feeling again. The new human is not faster.

The new human is more present, more embodied, and less armored.

The Quiet Truth Beneath All Four

This walk is saying to humanity:“You don’t need to be perfect.

You need to be consistent.

You don’t need to save the world.

You need to stay human while it changes.”
