In this final solo episode of Season 1, I reflect on my friend Tyler's question, which we accidentally missed out of our previous episode: Season One Wrap Up Q&A in the Garden.

In my reflection, I speak to how embracing a big feeling heart is a strength. From this place, I share a vulnerable moment at my family cabin, where discovering a dead bird stirred deep grief – and presence with the ever unfolding invitation to express our hearts more fully, by feeling what's within them.
