  • Confess or Compare...‽
    Apr 26 2026

You don’t have to tear someone else down to feel lifted up.

In The Gospel of Luke 18:9–14, Jesus tells a story of two men praying—one impressive, one broken.

The religious man lists his goodness.
    The sinner asks for mercy.

    And Jesus says…
the one who asked for mercy went home right with God.

    Why?
    Because self-righteousness divides—but mercy unites.

When we compare, we create distance.
When we confess, God creates connection.

The ground at the foot of the cross is level.
No one stands above. No one is beyond.

    So today—
    Drop the comparison.
    Lay down the pride.
And receive the mercy you were never meant to earn.

    Because in God’s Kingdom…
    the least are lifted.

  • HEAVY lifting‽
    Apr 19 2026

Humility isn’t weakness—it’s strength under control.

In a world that pushes self-promotion, God invites us into a better way:
“Clothe yourselves with humility… humble yourselves under God’s mighty hand.” (1 Peter 5:5–6)

    Pride says, “I’ve got this.”
Humility says, “God, I trust You.”

    And here’s the promise:
When you release control, God releases grace.
When you humble yourself, He lifts you—at the right time.

Maybe today isn’t about pushing harder…
    Maybe it’s about surrendering deeper.

What do you need to place in His hands today?

  • GUT CHECK!
    Apr 12 2026

Most division doesn’t start with big issues… it starts with small pride.

    “I deserve.”
    “They should.”
    “I know better.”

And before long, walls go up.

    But James reminds us:
“God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” (James 4:6)

If we want unity—at home, in the church, in our relationships—
it won’t come by winning arguments…

    It comes by choosing humility.

This week, don’t try to fix everyone else.
    Take the lower place.
    Listen first.
    Own your part.

    Because…

    Pride builds walls.
    Humility builds bridges.
And grace flows to the low places.

  • The POSTURE of Resurrection Sunday...HUMILITY!
    Apr 1 2026

Easter didn’t start with an empty tomb…
It started with a surrendered heart.

Before Jesus was raised in power,
    He chose humility.

    Before the crown,
    there was a cross.

    We love resurrection—
    but we resist surrender.

Yet the same posture that raised Christ
is the posture that restores unity.

You don’t get Sunday without Friday.

  • LEVEL ground...
    Mar 8 2026

At the foot of the cross, the ground is level. ✝️

    No rankings.
    No superiority.
    No “us vs. them.”

Galatians 3:26–29 reminds us that our worth isn’t earned, achieved, or compared—it’s received in Christ.

    Unity doesn’t come from sameness.
It comes when pride falls and grace rises.

    Because at the cross,
no one stands taller than anyone else.

  • STRANGERS NO MORE‽
    Mar 1 2026

We weren’t just saved from something — we were saved into something.

Jesus didn’t rescue individuals and leave us isolated.
He tore down the walls, ended the hostility, and formed a new people.

    No longer strangers.
    No longer outsiders.
    Now family. 🏠

  • CHOSEN...‽
    Feb 22 2026

Before there were political sides, generational labels, or cultural categories… there was a Savior who chose you.

Ephesians 1 reminds us that our deepest identity isn’t in our opinions, our background, or our age group. Our truest identity is “in Christ.”

Before we were divided, we were chosen.
Before we picked sides, God picked us.
Before culture labeled us, Christ redeemed us.

Unity doesn’t start with agreement—it starts with remembering who we are in Him.

This week, live from your true identity.
See others first as family in Christ, not as categories.

“He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world.” — Ephesians 1:4

  • Decide MUCH‽
    Feb 15 2026

Unity doesn’t usually fall apart over theology.
    It falls apart over reactions.

    A sharp word.
    An unreturned text.
An offense that lingers too long.

“Above all, put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.” — Colossians 3:14

Love isn’t something we wait to feel.
It’s something we choose to wear.

    When love governs our response:
    • Patience replaces irritation
    • Forgiveness replaces resentment
    • Peace replaces escalation

    Unity survives when love rules.

    Before you respond today —
    Pause.
    Put on compassion.
    Let peace be the umpire.

Because we are one body. And love is what holds it all together.
