  • Running on Empty? How to Refill Your Soul
    Feb 16 2026

Have you ever felt like you’ve slowly faded?Flamingos aren’t born pink, their color comes from what nourishes them. And when they become parents, they can actually lose their pink because they give so much to their babies. Researchers even call it the “pale parent” phenomenon.Sound familiar? In this episode, we talk about why so many women feel exhausted, depleted, and spiritually faded, and why that isn’t what God intended.Jesus taught us to love the Lord with all our heart and to love our neighbor as ourselves. But what does it really mean to love ourselves in a Christ-centered way? Is self-care selfish? Is exhaustion a badge of honor? Or have we misunderstood something? We’ll talk about:• Why loving yourself is scriptural• How creativity revives your spirit• Simplifying your life without guilt• Resting like God rests• The power of friendship• Why daily time with God is the true source of renewalI also share a sacred experience I recently had in the temple that changed how I see myself. If you’re feeling pale… this episode is for you. It’s time to get your pink back.#ldspodcast #FaithPodcast#SelfCareGodsWay#LDSWomen#WomenOfFaith#SpiritualGrowth#ComeUntoChrist#RestInHim#MotherhoodMatters#WomenEncouragingWomen#DivineIdentity#LoveYourself#GettingYourPinkBack

  • Feeling broken? Here’s how repentance can heal you.
    Feb 9 2026

We may think of repentance as punishment—something heavy, procedural, and often rooted in shame. But that isn’t how the scriptures teach repentance, and it isn’t how Jesus lived it.In this episode, we reframe repentance as what it actually is: an invitation to turn toward Jesus Christ and walk with Him. Anchored in Moses 6:34 and the youth theme “Walk With Me,” we explore repentance as relational rather than procedural, and as the pathway to redemption, not condemnation. We talk about why the scriptures say to “teach nothing but repentance,” why change is a fruit of repentance and not the entrance requirement, and how Christ moves mountains and redirects rivers when we choose to walk with Him.This episode testifies of the redeeming, empowering, and deeply personal power of Jesus Christ, and of a repentance that leads not to punishment, but to redemption.#Repentance#JesusChrist#WalkWithHim#ComeUntoChrist#Redemption#FaithPodcast#ldspodcast

  • What “Believing in the Brand” Taught Us About Christ
    Jan 18 2026

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Lyndee, whose family works closely with cattle, to explore a phrase that has been lingering in her heart: “believe in the brand.”Drawing on ranch life and cattleman imagery, we talk about how a brand represents identity, ownership, loyalty, and authenticity, and how those same ideas beautifully point us to Jesus Christ. What does it mean to trust the mark we carry as disciples? How do we keep moving forward when life feels hard or unclear? And what does it look like to live better when we know better? This conversation weaves faith, fasting, family, and everyday discipleship into a grounded, hope-filled discussion about trusting Christ and believing in what we already know to be true, even when the road ahead doesn’t make sense.#BelieveInTheBrand #FaithInChrist #TrustGod #Discipleship #ChristianPodcast #LDSFaith #ComeUntoChrist

  • Armed with God's Power
    Jan 4 2026

In the book of Alma, Captain Moroni prepared his people to defend their homes, their liberties, their families, and their faith. He strengthened weak places, fortified cities, and trusted in God’s power for protection. As I’ve been reading these chapters, I’ve felt how closely they mirror our own time.We are still in a battle—one between light and darkness, liberty and bondage, truth and deception. The weapons look different now, but the stakes are the same.In this episode, we explore:• What Captain Moroni teaches us about preparation• Why the enemy still seeks bondage• How God protects His people today• What it means to “put on the armor of righteousness”• Why gratitude and recognizing God’s hand matters after the battleThis is a conversation about faith, family, obedience, and standing guard over what matters most.#ldspodcast ArmedWithRighteousness#CaptainMoroni#ArmorOfGod#BookOfMormon#FaithOverFear

  • If We Look, We Will Live | A Year-End Testimony of Jesus Christ
    Jan 4 2026

As 2025 comes to a close, I’m setting aside my usual study format to bear simple testimony of the living reality, power, and love of Jesus Christ, and of His word. This episode centers on the Liahona: the compass God gave Lehi and his family in the wilderness. When they remembered to look, they didn’t merely survive, they progressed toward the promised land. When they stopped looking, confusion, contention, and darkness followed. The scriptures are our Liahona today. The promise is just as real now as it was then: if we look, we will live. Not just physically, but spiritually. We will wake up to His power, His peace, and His purposes.I also share openly about moments of discouragement this year, times when quitting felt easier than continuing, and how God repeatedly reminded me, through small and sacred experiences, that even simple efforts matter in His kingdom. We are living in the winding-up scenes before the Savior’s return. That truth is not meant to frighten us, but to awaken us. God has work for each of us to do, not just prophets or leaders, but ordinary people willing to choose Christ daily.I testify that Jesus Christ lives. His word is living and active. God is pouring out light, truth, and power upon His children, and as we choose to look to Him, He will lead us forward, one day, one decision at a time.Thank you for being here, and for being part of Everyday Hallelujah. I’ll see you next year!
