Welcome to That NICU Mum, a podcast sharing stories of New Zealand parents who have had a baby in a neonatal unit across the country.

Today we speak with Sarah, who you may know on instagram as @fourtheloveofboys_. Mum of four boys (obviously!) including twins, Sarah shares with us the differences in her three pregnancies, the scary birth she had with the twins, Freddie and Charlie, and their NICU stay.

Sarah is a huge advocate for maternal mental health and ensuring new (and second, third and forth time) mums have the support they need and deserve.
