He's worked as a chef for F1, appeared on Masterchef Malaysia and has opened restaurants in both his home country and here, in the UK. Come with us as he tells us about the Malaysian tradition of having 6 meals a day and the mouth-watering Laksa soup. As he mentions multiple times, we were salivating!
