Episode 9: Garbage is a band from Madison, WI that formed in 1993 when megaproducers Butch Vig and Duke Erikson, and Steve Marker got together. They discovered Scottish singer Shirley Manson while watching MTV and seeing her music video for her band Angelfish, and asked her to join. Their first two albums were extremely successful, pushing them to stardom and the opportunity to perform a legendary theme for James Bond movie "The World is not Enough".
