Über diesen Titel

In this deeply grounding and expansive conversation, Kanani Soleil sits down with queer non-binary writer and yoga teacher Mookaite Jasper to explore the real magic of yoga beyond the mat.

From an “Eat Pray Love” moment in Chiang Mai to building inclusive Queer Yoga Communities in the UK, Kite shares how yoga became a life-changing practice for mental health, identity, and liberation. Together, they unpack what yoga actually is beyond the postures, how awareness transforms into activism, and why grounding work is essential in a world that feels constantly on fire.

This episode is a reminder that yoga is not about perfection or performance. It is about awareness. It is about listening. It is about tending to yourself so you can show up for others.

You can pre-order Mookaite Jasper’s book, Queer Yoga, direct from Llewellyn Worldwide, or from Barnes & Noble in the States, or from Amazon in the UK. It's due out in April this year.
