Über diesen Titel
Episode #6 is an introduction to my poetry. I have been writing poetry since childhood and have always keep it close to myself, sharing with only a few people at various times in my life. After my initial surgery, I felt the flow of poetry and began writing again. This flow was one which I had not felt in many years since I'd experienced traumas and damaged trust that my words were safe. My first poem post-op is featured on Episode # 4 - Somatic Healing: The First Time Outside Post Surgery. On this Episode #6 - Poems Flow Again: Garden I am sharing about my poetry experience and my poem titled Garden.
