Ghada Odeh shares about her experience in coming home to herself when her 40th birthday was the catalyst that caused her to ask herself Who am I? She discusses dealing with bullying in childhood and people pleasing as a survival tactic. Once she began the journey back to self, she realized how lonely the journey can be when friendships fall away. She started defining what she wanted in friendships instead of trying to make the wrong ones work. She discusses how she works with others now as a wellness and menopause coach.
