In this second episode of our Treetops Hospice podcast, we're talking to Tammy and Jade, two of our Treetops Healthcare Assistants.

Tammy and Jade are part of a team of Hospice at Home nurses who provide end-of-life care for patients in their own homes.

They talk about the differences between dying at home and in a hospital, their own experiences of caring for someone in their last few days of life, and what a ‘good death’ looks like.
