I met Shira in Sydney through friends and when we saw each other, we recognise that we know from the past. We actually grew up in the same neighbourhood and studied in the same high-school. Shira is one year older than me so we’ve never really interact in the past.

Shira opened up like a flower and let herself be without any walls. Dealing with her most judgmental voices and let them go, releasing all the voices within her head and let herself be her true essence. While we were talking about self-love, Shira said something so beautiful “self-love is to connect deeply to myself and choose to see the beauty, doesn’t matter what it is or what it looks like - to love the divine part within me - tap in the higher self and love it all.” - WOW that was mind blowing for me to hear it and I think it’s so important to choose to see the beauty within you.

Shira said “when I love myself - I take the right decisions for myself and taking care of myself. Either you go from fear or love - and love starts with myself.” - So powerful and important reminder to all of us - to be led by our love and not by our fears. She also mentioned the connection of decision-making and self-love and so much more…
