He goes into his duties, things he learned, & things that he'll carry with him on a personal level from the day. From there, Garrett talks about one of the maestros of film that made him fall in love with the medium: Sam Raimi. He shares details from some of his first viewings of Raimi's different works & how he's been inspired in his own work by him. Finally, he wraps the episode up by talking about 2016's "Doctor Strange" & why the film stands out to him as a a personal favorite in the MCU.
