Josef has experimented and practiced a variety of breathing techniques for over 30 years and he has been teaching it through Aikido a Japanese martial art. Josef has trained in the Wim Hof Method and various other modalities and he find that this method offers the safest and most effective breath tools which can be practiced by everybody.
Josef is a craniosacral practitioner, TRE provider and lectures as an international senior tutor on the Body Intelligence training which trains Craniosacral therapists all over the world. He is deeply passionate about cultivating health and wellbeing and is always searching for new and exiting ways to enhance our embodied experience offering effective tools for self-empowerment and transformational process.
