In this episode I talk about the current astrological weather including the recent Solar Eclipse, Chiron in Aries, and Jupiter conjunct Uranus in Taurus. I share how the energy has been playing out in my life and the shifts that have occurred. I also talk about my ongoing journey healing my nervous system; without a balanced and healthy nervous system many other healing modalities can’t fully work, and a wholistic approach is needed in healing mind, body, soul to live a life fully aligned with your truest self.
