👉 He teaches that as a leader at work and as a dad at home. Here’s a how those get used at home:
* No drifting at home. A simple weekly family huddle and a daily 10-minute check-in that lowers anxiety and keeps you connected to your kids.
* Make time real. Put kids on the calendar like a board meeting. Two protected hours a week per child plus one small daily ritual so they feel seen.
* Accountability without nagging. A kid-friendly spin on his “$50 Fit Club” idea. Tiny stakes and daily proof that build consistency for chores, reading, ect
* Model mental health. Name feelings out loud, use a 90-second reset, and practice “own it, fix it, learn it” after mistakes so kids copy healthy behavior.
* Ownership for teens. A one-page plan for any goal with one weekly metric. Teaches agency, follow-through, and confidence.
