When I work with IBS and SIBO clients I focus on specific key areas to help improve digestion. I like to think of them as four key cogs in a machine, and I've called this my Gut Reset Cogs Model. These are:

- Diet - what you should eat when you have IBS
- Gut Health - how the microbes affect your digestion
- Lifestyle - focus on sleep, exercise and stress
This week's podcast explains how these areas all interlink and gives you some examples of the way small changes can have a knock on effect on your overall health.
