What started this convo is E, discussing a convo with his mom over giving his kids an allowance. I chimed in and said it may depend on the child or person. It depends on what will motivate them to do what you are expecting them to do.
Everyone has a different thought process but trying to figure out the goal of why we are doing the things we are doing or what we are trying to get from it, is the tricky part.
We ended the conversation discussing the results of the elections, personal accountability and faith.
