Entrepreneur School in the AI Era is a podcast for experienced business owners who’ve already built something meaningful and are now figuring out how to work in a world where AI is suddenly everywhere. Hosted by Kelly Sinclair, award-winning marketer turned AI platform co-founder, the show explores how to integrate AI in practical, human-centred ways without sounding like a robot, losing touch with your unique gifts, or dismantling the business you’ve already built. Kelly originally adopted AI to elevate her work in marketing and visibility but quickly realized it was reshaping far more than she ever expected, ultimately transforming her entire business. This podcast is about navigating that reality together. Because AI isn’t a one-time upgrade. It’s an ongoing shift, and there’s both a right way and a very wrong way to use these tools. Expect strategic conversations, AI-forward guest spotlights, and honest perspectives on how to evolve with intention, protect what matters, and stay grounded as the way we work continues to change.Copyright 2026 Kelly Sinclair Beziehungen Elternschaft & Familienleben Management & Leadership Marketing & Vertrieb Ökonomie
  • AI Skills Now Come With a 56% Wage Premium
    Jul 7 2026
Only 3 out of 10 women in Reese Witherspoon's book club were using AI regularly when she posted about it. That stat is staggering. This week's episode is a little different. I sat down with my friend Stephanie Mitton on her podcast, Women Don't Do That, to talk about the AI adoption gap between women and men, and the conversation went further than I expected. So instead of letting it live on her feed alone, I'm bringing our full chat to you here. What you'll hear:Why the gap in AI adoption between women and men isn't about skill, it's about guilt and identityThe "it's not cheating, it's choosing ease" mindset shift that changed how I think about using these toolsThe real wage premium and job disruption numbers tied to AI skills right now, and what they mean if you sit this one outHow I built a "Family Command Center" with AI to run my household through back to back softball, pool parties and general summer chaosWhy the environmental concerns people raise about AI deserve more nuance than a knee-jerk reaction (a real example from a Canadian data centre)The two actual skills that make you good at AI, and neither one is codingTake the next step: Introductory AI Course for Women: https://www.beaconmentorshipacademy.com/event-list>>MEET STEPHANIE<>Introducing wAIvThis episode is brought to you by wAIv—our brand-new platform built for online experts who want to securely build and sell AI tools powered by YOUR thinking, YOUR frameworks and YOUR methodology.wAIv helps you create Bot Squads—a suite of AI tools that work together to help your clients implement your expertise faster and with better results than ever before.>>Your Next Steps:🤖See what an AI tool built on your expertise actually looks like. • How to Disclose Your AI Use Without Making it Weird
    Jun 30 2026

What if the smartest move you could make right now isn't figuring out how to use more AI, but deciding where you draw the line?

I sat down with Samantha Burmeister from Nomad Copy Agency, and we had one of those conversations that doesn't hand you a set of rules. It hands you better questions. Sam is a copywriter who uses AI in her business every single day, but she will not use it to write the copy she delivers to clients. The distinction she makes between those two things is where this episode gets really interesting.

We got into AI disclosure, the values-based decisions behind how you use AI in what you sell, and why being transparent about it might actually be the smartest sales tool you're not using yet. Sam also shared her grandma's microwave story, which is the most perfect analogy for this entire AI moment and I haven't stopped thinking about it.

    What you'll learn:

    • Why "I don't use AI" isn't actually true for anyone anymore and what that really means for your messaging
    • Why your clients deserve to know how AI shows up in what they're buying from you
    • How AI disclosure on your sales page can become a trust-building sales tool
    • The microwave vs. homemade analogy that reframes the entire AI adoption debate

  • How to Scale Your Expertise Without Burning Out (Using AI)
    Jun 23 2026
What if you could have a PR expert on call 24/7 — one that already knows your story, your angles, and your voice? That's exactly what Nicole Pearl built. And I got to watch it happen in real time.Nicole is a journalist and PR coach with 25 years of media experience, and she's one of the founding creators on wAIv. What she built there, the Pearl Pitch Desk, is one of the clearest examples I've seen of what expert-backed AI actually looks like in practice. Not generic. Not a shared ChatGPT link. A full bot squad designed to get her clients onto TV shows and podcasts using Nicole's exact frameworks, journalist eye, and hard-won industry knowledge. It even landed her a TV segment that had a producer saying “this is the best segment idea ever!”This conversation gets into the real difference between AI-generated pitches (which, yes, major PR agencies are sending and journalists are immediately flagging) versus pitches built on actual expert thinking. We also talk about why this approach is helping Nicole prevent burnout, serve more clients, and create a delivery model that grows with her business instead of threatening to replace her. What you'll learn in this episode:Why AI-generated pitches are getting founders blacklisted, and what to do insteadHow Nicole designed a six-bot squad that takes clients from intake to finished pitch without losing her personal touchThe difference between using a generic LLM and using expert-backed AI to produce client workWhy building on a single LLM was keeping Nicole stuck, and how wAIv changed thatHow expert knowledge embedded in AI actually removes client objections to doing the workWhy the "choose your own adventure" approach to a bot squad creates a better client experience>>Meet NicoleNicole Pearl is a journalist, PR coach, and on-air professional with 25 years in media.
