In this episode, I talk from a place of present awareness — not hindsight. Now that I’m more connected to myself, I’m starting to notice something I couldn’t see before: where my energy goes, what comes back to me, and how imbalance quietly drains me over time. This isn’t about blame or regret — it’s about noticing, in real time, how energy affects my body, my mood, my growth, and my ability to stay present.
Inspired in part by insights from Jay Shetty on boundaries and protecting your energy, this episode explores how energy is invested in everyday moments — conversations, texting, doing for others, scrolling on your phone — and how staying present helps reveal whether that energy is being returned or depleted. I reflect on the difference between being busy and feeling alive, why constant depletion leaves us exhausted even after rest, and how energy is more than effort — it’s life force.
I also share a simple daily Energy Check-In practice I’m using right now to stay honest with myself, rebalance when I feel drained, and protect my energy without guilt or withdrawal. This episode is about awareness, balance, and learning to invest your energy in a way that supports growth instead of quietly eroding it.
