HJ gets to know more about arcane magic. Rowena gets to know Brutus. When a terrifying threat thrusts the world into chaos, the party must decide who they trust, and what sides they will take.

With the first piece of HJ’s quest in hand, the party all begin to discover previously unknown powers they each possess. Kas opens up about his past to Rowena. HJ gets a glimpse of his clan’s history, and possible future, from his golden-clad spirit companion. Rowena has a revelation about Cor’s book and the secret journal she’s been studying. With the reappearance of several old acquaintances, the whole party starts to question when coincidence gives way to intention.
