Carolina Guardiola Romo is the CEO of the We Are All Human Foundation and a seasoned strategic engagement leader with experience across nonprofit, corporate, and international platforms. Through her work, she helps organizations, leaders, and institutions elevate Hispanic talent, build trust across sectors, and increase visibility and belonging at a global level.
Prior to leading We Are All Human, Carolina served at the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations, contributing to international cooperation in digital diplomacy, global security, and multilateral engagement. She has also played a key role in shaping major global convenings, including the Hispanic Leadership Summit, activations at the World Economic Forum, Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and the United Nations General Assembly.
