Eat Live Love Train discusses Culinary & Wellness Lifestyle initiatives. It also provides a cultural perspective on Food & Wine education. It embodies four powerful dynamics that play an integral part in our personal and professional development. They are often overlooked or take a back seat to the daily grind. Yet they are the very components that can be life changing given proper perspective.

At the core are whole foods, quality wine, and holistic wellness. If you’re a newcomer to wine, this podcast makes learning more about wine unpretentious and approachable. By lowering your inhibitions and having fun understanding the nuances of wine, you’ll discover wine’s intrinsic value and why it has inherently brought people together for centuries.

Hosted by Chef Channon, an executive chef & certified sommelier, certified wellness coach, and proud Air Force veteran. As a Culinary Institute of America alumni, he has worked in professional kitchens across Asia and Europe for over 20 years. His Food & Wine studies span the New World, the Old World, and deep exploration into the iconic gastronomic regions of Eurasia. Occasionally, he invites special guest chefs, sommeliers, wine executives, and hospitality professionals to the show.

EAT: The best cuisine is good cuisine. Food also inherently brings people together. Cooking or sharing a meal with friends, family, and even strangers provides fulfillment to everyone involved. Make the kitchen a sanctuary.

LIVE: Self-awareness is paramount. When you’re the best version of yourself and live in your purpose, you reside in your zone of genius every single day. Be a student of life, share your testimony, and seek to live out your dreams.

LOVE: Love yourself despite your flaws. Love others despite theirs. We're all flawed in one way or another. Emotional and spiritual fitness is just as important as physical fitness. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progression. Learn to love the process of becoming better and the universe will reciprocate.

TRAIN: Your mind, body, and soul. Consistent personal and professional development optimizes life and business endeavors. No matter, where you work, we’re all professional athletes. We must have optimal cognitive function in order to gain clarity and perform at our best. Learning doesn't stop when you get the diploma. It’s only the beginning.

When these four dynamics are congruent, they represent the "delta" in your life. Not only will you find your purpose, you’ll discover that there’s nothing you cannot achieve.
