In this, the first episode, and indeed his first podcast, Tom asks, what is the difference between pathos and bathos and if people use them incorrectly does it matter? Of course that would be silly. This is a podcast about cancer and Tom is not Melvyn Bragg (as will become blatantly evident if and when you listen to this episode). What will happen is an attempt to set out the hopes and aspirations Tom has for his Bag of Shite. He doesn't have too many. Let's face it, not much point dreaming about tomorrow when you could be living today (or dead tomorrow). No guests in this episode. Just Tom talking to himself and reading from himself. All pretty egotistical really. Enjoy!
