Avon and Valorie Banks have devoted over thirty years to serving God's people, focusing on strengthening marriages and families. Both are U.S. Army veterans and became certified marriage facilitators in 2006. They founded a Marriage Ministry that utilizes Christ-centered teachings, coaching, and retreats to assist hundreds of couples in building healthier marriages.

The Banks have been recognized with various credentials, including being ordained ministers (Avon becoming an ordained bishop in 2018). They lead a non-profit organization, host a weekly television show called "Bank on Love," and produce podcasts and online content about marriage. Celebrating their 31st wedding anniversary last November, they have a blended family with six adult children and twelve grandchildren.
