    This barrel hails from the Bardstown Bourbon Company and is a 7yr. 60/40 coming in at 126.4 proof. It is 1 of 3 experimental barrels that were distilled for High West. All 3 barrels had employee recognition plaques, so this is a really cool one-and-done release that we are super lucky to have!

    We went back and forth between all three barrels and this one rose to the top! You're going to love it.

    Nose- Dark Chocolate, Cherries, Buttered Toast, Caramel

    Palate- Cola, Sweet Malt, Toffee.

    Finish- Chewy mouth feel with drying oak
