Magi reject the concept of Government.
We should stop writing laws. No one wrote laws for animals. For humans, the first law was written by Hammurabi only 3700 years ago.
When you write laws, courts, judges, and more importantly "Government" become requirements. Punishment will be applied and the law will be enforced.
Without laws, groups can be formed in order to protect personal property. A group of co-minded people acts much better than the government. There are groups of gangsters that we have to stand against them, and governments are in fact groups of gangsters who have taken power.
