In this episode we were joined by David Backes, a 15-year NHL veteran, and two-time Olympian, winning a silver medal in 2010. On top of all that, he is an amazing person and friend. As is the case in all of our episodes, we asked David for the best advice he ever received for his hockey game, his financial pursuits, and for life in general.
David and his wife Kelly are long-time animal advocates and operate the non-profit Athletes for Animals. They also own two plant-based restaurants in the Minneapolis area named Stalk and Spade.
