My guest today took that question seriously. He created a list of skills he wants to make sure his kids master before they moved out.

Kyle is a dad of four, from preschool age to high schoolers. I’ve known Kyle for years in a professional setting. I’ve seen his strategy of reverse engineering a goal, breaking it down into smaller steps, and then making a deliberate plan to achieve it.
