Welcome to the Cup Of Cat Podcast!


Hello! My name is Cat, your trusty companion on this wild journey we call life.

Join me as I share my journey through this wonderful experience. All of my ups and down, life lessons, personal goals, stories and insights that have shaped me into the person I am today.


Through sharing my experiences, lessons, heartfelt conversations and reflections, I hope to create a safe space where we can all learn and grow together.

There is ALOT going on in the world and we are constantly inundated with the weight of it all. So my contribution to the world is to try to communicate the things that make it ever so slightly more bearable for me and hopefully for you too!


I'll be discussing my personal goals and aspirations, things I have implemented into my life that have helped me along the way, topics that resonate with me and bring me joy, deep diving into the complexities of life in general, conversations with people who inspire me and bring a broader perspective to the way I see the world as well as the spiralling rabbit holes of random information my brain likes to take me down, who doesn't love fun facts?

    This week I went to have blood drawn to get some tests done and I get into the backstory of why I absolutely can not stand needles.

    We also had some extreme weather come through and wipe out a lot of the infrastructure in the area and I discus the time I had to take shelter from a cyclone.

    I highly recommend playing the game if you are looking for a stress free chilled out experience, its a great game for people who want to start their gaming journey as well as seasoned veterans.

    Im ready to jump back into action. On this episode I get into some of the changes I have been making to my routine, some good and some perhaps to my detriment but overall I have learnt some lessons and finally have a better handle on things!


    I also get into picking up an old hobby that brought me an immense amount of joy and on the note of things that brought me joy, I was finally able to give my wonderful sweet old car the service and upgrade it so desperately needed.

    I hope where ever you are listening from you are enjoying the change in the season, Autumn is my favourite time of year followed closely by spring.
