Two kings. Same throne. Completely different outcomes.
King Hezekiah faced an impossible army at his gates. Instead of panicking or making deals, he hit his knees first. God answered with 185,000 dead enemies by morning. King Jehoram? He murdered his brothers, ignored God's warning, and died alone in agony - unmourned by his own people.
The difference wasn't their circumstances. It was their perspective.
As we celebrate Christ's birth this week, ask yourself: Do you trust God fully? When trouble comes, do you pray first or panic first? Do you obey what He commands, or just what feels comfortable?
Your perspective determines your outcome. Where is yours focused? (2 Kings 18-19, 2 Chronicles 21)
