Hey we can finally catch you all up on what we've been up to! Sorry it took us so long, but hey....life happens!

WE'RE BACK!!! Sorry for the long break but we are back at it with new episodes. But first we go back to when Spike's brothers were all in town and we have an absolute blast going down memory lane!

We couldn't miss out on talking about our favorite time of year! We sit down and discuss all things Spooky Season and our history with horror movies.

We take a shift this week and get serious about chronic pain. It's unfortunately a large part of all our lives and we wanted to share our stories because we all have them. 

We finally get to sit down and talk about our experience all weekend at Charlotte Pride! We cover what we loved about and how we plan to do it even bigger next year! 

WE ARE BACK!!! We have tons of life updates to cover before diving into the absolute mess that Spike and Melissa had to deal with at the recent Blue Ridge Rock Festival in VA. 

We get the whole crew together to celebrate Spike's birthday and remember the massive production that was his 40th birthday last year! 

Sara & Spike take a break and play a couple of games with each other. They go back and forth telling each other Would You Rather situations as well as Million Dollars But...scenarios.
