When you are able to show yourself the amount of self-love and compassion towards yourself, and come to a place of, "If I can deserve and experience love and joy, why can't everyone else?" that's when you can start your community care journey.
We were and are a species, just like most animals, that stem from a place of community. A communal bond and love is something that we often find fleeing in today's society. In this episode, my compassionate superstar of a friend, Julie and I, discuss how we can do more to show love to one another as a community.
Being able to show yourself love and compassion is one thing, but being able to seek and accept help is so courageous; and we all will always need help and can give support to each other in so many beautiful ways.
