Club Kali Listen to the history of this legendary club night from its inception in 1995 to the present day. Club Kali was set up by DJ Ritu MBE and Rita as a London-based club night, it soon grew into an inclusive and welcoming LGBTQ+ community.Club Kali is the UK’s first ever safe space welcoming all LGBTQ+ people to connect and celebrate their diverse South Asian heritage.This safe space enabled connections, friendships, support and celebration through music making a huge difference to people’s lives in the UK and beyond.© Social Broadcasts Sozialwissenschaften Welt

  • Partnering Up To Power Up

    Club Kali built bridges to break down barriers. They had space for service providers to give out resources and support groups within the club. Many felt inspired to set up their own groups and organisations supporting the South Asian LGBTQ+ community and the diversity of needs.
