  • Life Happens: Navigating Stress Without Losing Yourself
    Feb 19 2026

Life has a way of interrupting even the best routines, and the past few weeks have been a reminder that unexpected stress can shift your priorities in ways you never planned for.

In this episode of Classy & Sassy, I’m sharing a real life check-in about navigating emotional fatigue, giving yourself permission to pause, and what happens when your normal rhythm gets disrupted. We’re also talking about who really shows up when life gets hard, setting boundaries, and learning to protect your peace without guilt.

Plus, I’m sharing what I’ve been watching while life was definitely life-ing, a few books that gave me a mental escape, and some honest lessons this season has taught me.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or just trying to find your footing again, this conversation is for you. Grab your favorite drink and let’s talk.

  • Who Gets the Blame When a Woman Walks Away?
    Jan 15 2026

In this episode of Classy & Sassy, I’m talking about what happens when women choose themselves publicly and how quickly the internet looks for someone to blame.

Using the recent Kristy and Desmond divorce filing as a cultural touchpoint, we unpack the rush to choose sides, the language of victim-blaming, and why women are still expected to endure quietly while explaining loudly. This conversation isn’t about insider facts it’s about patterns, perception, and the discomfort that surfaces when women prioritize peace.

We also shift gears into storytelling by talking about how the Netflix limited series His and Hers was so good it made me want to read the book, plus what I’m currently reading - from B.A. Paris’s upcoming thriller When I Kill You to Permission to Offend by Rachel Luna, a reminder that life is too short to live afraid of other people’s opinions.

Thoughtful, reflective, and very grown this episode is about slowing down judgment, expanding perspective, and choosing clarity over consensus.

  • Things I Know for Sure at 55
    Jan 8 2026

This week on Classy & Sassy, I’m celebrating my 55th birthday by reflecting on the things I know for sure in this season of life.

In this birthday special, I talk honestly about what age has actually taught me - from choosing peace over being liked, to letting go of the myth that one day you magically stop caring what people think. We unpack what it really means to care less, trust yourself more, and grow without reinventing who you are.

I also share how reading has become a form of gentle growth for me - including finishing 101 books in 2025, setting a goal of 100 again for 2026, and stretching myself into new genres as a way to expand without pressure.

This episode is a quiet, reflective reminder that clarity doesn’t come from age alone - it comes from self-trust, discernment, and choosing peace on purpose.
