Here's our super late Valentine's Day episode. Chickadee is in gremlin mode the whole time and I get a bit frustrated. Join us at the end for the recipe we used.

Chocoflan

• 5 whole eggs + 1 egg white (room temperature)
• 1 can condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 2 teaspoons Mexican vanilla extract
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 box chocolate cake mix

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. spray muffin tins with nonstick spray (we used silicone muffin trays)
3. take eggs, both cans of milk, and vanilla and add to a blender.
4. blend until smooth (2 minutes)
5. add cup of sugar to pan and heat on medium high heat until melted and turns brown
6. spoon melted sugar to greased muffin trays; enough to coat bottom
7. Fill muffin trays half way with custard mix
8. place on cookie tray and add some water to the bottom of the cookie sheet
9. bake for 25 minutes
10. prep box cake mix as directed on box
11. slowly add the cake mixture to the custard
12. bake an additional 25 minutes
13. let cool for 1 hour
14. flip
15. enjoy!
