Founded in 1990, Springboard was created by Stephen Moss to support the hospitality industry. It continues to provide advice, training and skills courses to those at the start of their career and tackling the challenges faced by the industry, including staff and skills shortages and misrepresentation about what a fulfilling career the hospitality industry can offer.
