This week we're joined by Zoe Scurletis, and her grandmother Carol Rosen. Carol is an 88 year old Brooklyn native, adventurer, volunteer, gardener, romantic and former High School classmate of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Zoe is the host of the Solace and the City podcast (a hub for mental-health conversations), a future psychotherapist, and a deeply thoughtful advocate for the betterment of mental health as it pertains to the world at large.
This conversation is uniquely powerful in both its depth and levity, and shines a much needed light on the values of compassion and support, and the lasting implications they can have anyone's lives. Please enjoy.
