Carrie Kaczmarek Bland started her career as a Certified Professional Nanny over a decade ago by attending the former English Nanny and Governess School. She has worked with children from newborn through preteen years and truly enjoys the deep connections she’s made with each and every one that has been in her care. Some of her passions include sharing about the importance of water safety and survival skills, mentoring the next generation of nannies, and building the in-person community where she’s located in Indianapolis by planning and hosting nanny events like playdates and the annual iNNTD. Since becoming a mom in late 2020, she has shared her personal experience and journey as a nanny mom on social media (@carriethenanny on Instagram), as well as on multiple podcasts and other online media outlets. Most recently, she co-presented The Nanny Mom Conversation at the 2022 Nannypalooza and is looking forward to continuing and expanding the conversation at the 2023 INA Conference.

Liz Carroll is a life-long student and teacher of making mindful money moves. Originally believing she was "bad with money," Liz did the hard work to rewrite her money story. She needed to drop limiting beliefs about how a woman can earn and manage money to set herself up for financial success in a way she would commit to and follow. It worked. Liz attained financial independence and retired early from her corporate IT sales career. Now, in her encore career, Liz helps other women experience calm confidence with their finances by unpacking and shifting their own money story. She has the unique ability to shed light onto darkness around money, making complex personal finance issues simple. She created the Mindful Money Method, a financial wellness course and coaching program that utilizes a holistic approach to math, mindset and soul-guided desires. Liz is a Certified Financial Coach from Ramsey Solutions, a Certified Life Coach from The Life Coach School and a 200-RYT Yoga & Meditation Instructor from Purna Yoga College. I first began the Peaceful Learning voyage about eight years ago. I thought of the idea of a nanny agency that provides high-quality, respectful, gentle candidates and a place for parents to receive help and guidance on their parenting journey when I was living in New Zealand. However, a lack of knowledge about the need worldwide, small demand in New Zealand, and careers in teaching and nannying taking me elsewhere meant that Peaceful Learning took a backseat. Four years on, after a career change and relocating to London, it became very evident that what I have to offer was needed. Being a nanny and teacher myself who uses the RIE® principles and Magda Gerber's Educaring® Approach that was introduced to me as a student teacher at The Learning Centre in New Zealand, I felt the frustration and longing to find the right family after joining countless nanny agencies. I had been approached by many families and nannies wanting and using respectful childcare looking to connect who understand what positive guidance means, who believe in child-led learning and that the best way to shape children is through role-modeling and so I thought, why not? How hard can it be to create an agency? (It was quite a rollercoaster!) And now we are here, experienced and ready to share the knowledge I have gained over the years, to help families like you, connect with the right nanny and get the helping hand to guide you on your parenting journey. I feel it is really important to provide the best care for your child. This means nurturing every aspect of their development; the most important and underlooked, especially in the early years, is the emotional regulation and development of a child. Only when a child feels safe and nurtured can they really begin a sustained level of play that can propel them forward. Being a nanny and teacher myself who used respectful care to connect, positive guidance and role-modeling to lead the child to succeed, and child-led learning to sustain intrinsic motivation to learn I can honestly say it really works! It gives me goosebumps to think about the success stories I have witnessed over the years. My mission is to help 10,000 families over the next five years to grow authentic, loving relationships and a passion for living freely and curiously. I truly believe in what Peaceful Learning is about and so do all my team members. All the staff at Peaceful Learning have a background in respectful care, nurturing the whole child and have seen the positive effects, collectively resulting in over 50 years of experience and success. Holly-ann Martin was awarded the Order of Australia Medal this year in the Queens Birthday Honours List, recognized for her contribution to Child Safety. Holly-ann Martin is the founder and Managing Director of Safe4Kids. For 35 years, I have developed resources and delivered programs that are preventative measures to combat child sexual abuse through my company Safe4Kids. Since 2010, around 4,500 children, 1,000 teachers and educators, and 1,000 parents have received my training annually. She has empowered children throughout the world and equipped parents and educators with the tools to help prevent child abuse, whether this abuse is through physical harm, cyberbullying, or inappropriate content available on the Internet. She has provided training in 84 remote Aboriginal communities around Australia and 40 childcare centers.
