It’s 2026 and we’re talking New Year’s resolutions, well… sort of. Perrie, Harry and Ricci dive into the whole “New Year, New Me” mindset, and as usual, there are some very strong opinions on both sides. Ricci also confesses he attempted 75 Hard last year, though we’re not entirely convinced he understood the assignment.

For the first time, it’s just Perrie and the two men in her life her fiancé and her best friend, it’s giving throuple energy. A term Ricci is hearing for the very first time… and it’s safe to say he’s confused, shocked, and still confused. Meanwhile, it turns out Harry is all too familiar with the concept 👀

That opens the door to a bigger conversation around open relationships. Have you ever thought about setting “rules” that allow your partner to play away without it being classed as cheating? Or even inviting a third person into the bedroom?

We finish things off with a quick-fire round of BF vs BFF, as Ricci and Harry battle it out to see who really knows Perrie best.
