Onto a new project, Dana has just opened "the Grist" a microbakery in Penticton, using organic and freshly milled grains by a local miller.

Her craft, enthusiasm for the craft of artisan baking, the ethics of the local food scene and the quality of her products are a reflection of this conversation recorded in beautiful Kelowna, B.C.

January, the great transformation chamber. After the holidays we are so often feeling the blues of indulding over the holidays. Having to go back to the hustle of life after enjoying a break and combinging all these realities with sugar & alcohol withdrawals.
