Über diesen Titel

A cheerful locomotive that finds deep satisfaction in his role as a local train. Unlike faster engines, Benjie loves making frequent stops because it allows him to observe the countryside, from farm animals to neighborhood children. His happiness is threatened when he is upgraded with a powerful engine and reassigned to a long-distance high-speed route. Moving too fast to see anything but a blurry landscape, the train becomes so despondent that his mechanical parts begin to fail and malfunction. Recognizing his decline, the railway officials eventually reinstall his original parts and return him to his preferred slower pace. The story concludes with a joyful Benjie regained his ability to appreciate the world as he travels the rails.
