In a world where no one wants to be rejected, only a few will understand that God can use those rejections as beautiful redirections to get us where we need to be. In the book of Genesis we see clearly how the hatred of Joseph's brothers towards him was the very channel God used to direct Joseph where he needed to be. Like Joseph, I too had my fair share of rejection in the workplace where two of the jobs I've worked in the past terminated me. However, in the midst of it all God used those experiences to equip me to build two businesses from. The toxic culture and abusive management were the perfect examples of what I did not want my businesses to be like. It was clear that those who terminated me didn't understand the treasure they had in their presence. And even though they didn't, it wasn't for me to convince them. I surrendered it into God's hand and He gave me a beautiful redirection from it.
