When we think of Jesus’ original twelve apostles, sometimes we forget that their faith in Christ was not always as solid as we have come to remember them for. Like all men and women, theirs was a life of trial and perseverance; a journey of spiritual maturity. Among the twelve were three men who seem to be closest to Jesus regarding leadership; and there was a pivotal moment in History when their faith was not only tested, but solidified once for all. This event would not only solidify their faith in Jesus, but ours as well. Enter faith solidified; May the Spirit of the LORD solidify our faith in the only begotten Son of God once for all and may He continue gathering all who He will empower to believe in His Holy name. 💯🤝(2 Peter 1:16-21)

No matter how much we tend to think we have the LORD figured out, He never ceases to remind us that no creature will ever fully figure Him out. Infinite in wisdom, understanding and knowledge, (only to name a few of His attributes), the LORD always knows best and He chooses people according to His own predetermined will. Not only did Rahab believe the report about the LORD GOD of Israel; she didn’t only hide Israel’s spies and risk her life for God’s chosen people, but she kept the requirements of the LORD as well.
