    Today on our episode #423 of All in the Industry, Shari Bayer's guest is Paolo Montanaro of Tartuflanghe, a family-owned truffle company founded in 1950 in Alba, Italy, by Giuseppe “Beppe” Montanaro; known for its truffle production and gourmet specialties. Beppe was driven by a passion for the rich flavors of his homeland in the Langhe hills, and in 1968, opened Da Beppe in Alba, a restaurant that soon became a Michelin-recognized reference for mushroom and truffle cuisine. Together with his wife, Domenica Bertolusso, Beppe founded Tartuflanghe in 1975 to select, process, and export the prized Alba truffles around the world, while exploring new ways to preserve and enhance their flavor. Today, Paolo, along with his sister Stefania Montanaro, and his wife Veronica Gaudio, lead their family business, continuing the family tradition of excellence while expanding their international reach and product innovation.
