Today we’re talking about AlZeer Salem — a famous poet and warrior from pre-Islamic Arabia. His real name was Adi ibn Rabi’ah, and he was the uncle of the well-known poet Imru’ al-Qais. His life was filled with poetry, tribal conflict, and a decades-long war sparked by revenge and his story eventually was turned into a popular historical drama television series
