Adam Kipp serves as the Executive Director at RHMA, the Rural Home Missionary Association in Morton, IL. RHMA's purpose is two-fold: to plant and to strengthen town and country churches and pastors in small-town America (usually towns of 5,000 or less). They seek to accomplish this through their staff of church planters and missionary pastors, hosting small-town pastors’ conferences and seminars, and facilitating TACT (Town and Country Training) classes for seminary students.
