Ok, where do we start with this one. We are joined by a lovely guest. Gay friends are needed in this rough world. what's a great vacation spot, we still have yet to figure that out. We'll eventually figure it out. On todays episode we try something new and go for a ride with a new mic set up, please bare with us and the audio on this one. First we head to get a bite to eat, no we did not record in the restaurant. it was too loud. We get back in to the car and take a drive and discuss some keys things about mental health. However or whatever you are going through, please reach out for help. Sometimes, as men, we don't like to reach out for help because of the stigma behind it. We are here to stop that! Reach out, go to some help. This year and the rest of your life should be to break the stigma and get the much needed mental health we a deserve.
