  • #003: Why you're really struggling to overcome procrastination
    Mar 21 2023

In this episode I discuss a productivity discovery I made that blew my mind! Procrastination is principally caused by low self-esteem and self-criticism.

The link between our level of self-worth and dare I say it, self-love and our productivity. You'll probably won't be suprised how much we "like ourselves" largely determines the risks we take, how much we believe in our ability and our choices to keep building our businesses or not in ways that reflect our deepest desires.

Not enoughness, low-self-worth and self-loathing get in the way of being able to serve at the highest level. I share how some of my own self-esteem issues began, my journey in overcoming them and ultimately becoming more productive, happy and abundant.

  • #002: How living in the past is killing your productivity
    Mar 15 2023

In this episode I share how a specific practice I do in my early morning routine helps me let go of the past and therefore increase my productivity. Letting go of the past creates room for the future. We often wake up thinking the same thoughts we had yesterday which often leads us to living in the past. This habit makes it extra hard to push forward and get things done joyfully, quickly and consistently.

Taking some time in the morning to do the practice I share will help you process your thoughts and understand where they're coming from. Your external results are a direct product of your internal world. If you're internal world, in your mind or heart is chaotic, it'll be so much harder to be fully productive and joyful in your life and business.

Rather than worrying about the same things every day, which subconsciously stop us all from making progess, try this. You'll procrastinate a lot less, I guarantee that!
